Overview

This full-set machine automatically controls the concentration of copper, sulfuric acid, and chlorine ions in electrolytic copper plating solution. Sulfuric acid is analyzed by neutralization titration method, chlorine ion by silver titration method, and copper by optical measurement method, and automatic supply signals are output for each of the three components.
